Music School

We are excited to announce the Longview Baptist Temple Music School starting this September. Weekly music lessons are being offered on a variety of instruments. In addition to private music lessons, their will also be “group classes” offered.

Music School Information/Guidelines

•Students must be members of the Longview Baptist Temple.

•Lessons are available for students from K-5 to adult. Texas Baptist College students may also sign up for lessons.

•Students may not perform in recitals not sponsored by Longview Baptist Temple.

• Students will pay their teachers directly.
• In addition to private music lessons, there will also be “group classes” offered. Mrs. Amy Robinson will be teaching a K-5 piano group class and a 1st/2nd/3rd grade piano group class. These classes will be at a discounted rate. (see below)
•Cost:

- Books/Supplies/Recital fee ($5.00)

- Private Lesson Tuition: $180.00 per semester (4 months @ $45.00 per month)

- Group Class Tuition $120.00 per semester (4 months @ $30.00 per month)

- Tuition is for one 30-minute lesson per week.

• Lesson days will follow the church/school calendars for holidays and days off.
• The lesson year will be divided into two semesters (Fall/Spring). There will be a recital for the fall semester and a recital for the spring semester.
